Nelines Montero – Paralegal

Nelines Montero,J.D., is a Senior Immigration Paralegal at Mubarak Law, bringing proven legal and client-service expertise since July 2022. She has over 15 years of experience preparing immigration filings, drafting motions and appeals, and assisting clients in removal proceedings, with direct experience working with federal immigration agencies. Ms. Montero works hand-in-hand with Attorney Mubarak on some of the firm’s more complex cases.

A fluent Spanish–English communicator and Florida Public Notary, Ms. Montero combines careful document preparation with compassionate client advocacy to guide individuals through complex immigration processes. She holds a Juris Doctor from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and a B.S. in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico—Mayagüez. Proud of her heritage and service in the US military, Ms. Montero understands the importance of each person’s immigration journey and loves delivering good news to her clients.
