Ana was born in Caracas, Venezuela, and is the daughter of Venezuelan Immigrants. As an immigrant herself, she knows first-hand the complexities of the immigration process, from obtaining a non-immigrant visa through to her own Naturalization Oath Ceremony in 2006.
Ana received a Master of Laws Degree from the University of Alabama, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida, and a Juris Doctorate from Barry University’s School of Law, in Orlando, Florida. Ana is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and the Middle District of Florida.
