As she grew, she displayed increasing interest in all things international, attending an international magnet program at a local high school and obtaining her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Rollins College, where she graduated summa cum laude and as a member of the school’s Honors Program. Daniela then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While there, she served as an Executive Research Editor for the University of Florida Journal of Law and Public Policy. She also received the Book Award in her Privacy Law Seminar for producing a lengthy research paper that explored the privacy implications of wearable technology.
Upon graduation, Attorney Daniela Alvarado received an offer to join one of Florida’s most prominent defense law firms. Though appreciative of the opportunity, she quickly realized that personal injury was not her passion and returned to immigration, which she knew she loved. Daniela has exclusively practiced immigration law for five years and values helping people navigate some of the most challenging times in their lives. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, she truly enjoys connecting with her clients. Whatever the case at hand, Daniela dedicates herself to every matter, primarily handling employment and investment cases, as well as family petitions and naturalization cases.
Daniela Alvarado is licensed to practice in the state of Florida. She is a member of the Central Florida Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and a member of the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar.
