Meet Our Legal Team - Patrick Isidore

Attorney Nayef Mubarak from Mubarak Law in Orlando introduces Patrick Isidore, a legal intern at the firm. Patrick has a bachelor's degree in Political Science from UCF and he is attending law school. Patrick has worked on a variety of immigration matters including asylum and student visa cases. He speaks English and Haitian Creole. Attorney Nayef Mubarak and Patrick Isidore explain, both in English and Creole, what asylum is and inform the Haitian community in the U.S. about the recent designation of Haiti as a country with Temporary Protected Status. They also explain that more Haitians will be eligible for TPS now than they were before. Mubarak and Isidore also talk about a prosecutorial discretion memo that may be of benefit to the Haitian community. This memo is going to affect those who are currently in the deportation court system.
