Orlando Immigration attorney Nayef Mubarak talks about an E2 Visa approved out of Rome, Italy for an employee. He explains how an E2 investor visa is a way to go if you qualify. He explains that you could also do an employee if that employee has the same nationality as the company. For example, if you are an Italian foreigner, you invest in the United States and now you want to bring over special chefs, cooks or designers from your country to work in your investment here, we might be able to qualify them for an E2 visa too.
