Common RFE's for Investor Visas

If you filed an E2 or an EB-5 visa, the #1 RFE is going to be the source of funds. Is this money legal? Where did this money come from? At our office, we provide a flow chart, bank transfers, all sorts of evidence. A simple wire transfer is definitely not eough. #2, another most common is a business plan for your E-2 visa. hat they are trying to understand is if this business is going to be marginal. And finally, if you filed an L-1 visa for an intracompany transferee, that #1 request for evidence is definitely going to be the management or executive job duties and does the beneficiary meet the definition of an executive or a manager? Those are my top three RFE's for investor visas.
