This program is for those who can demonstrate they have been in the U.S. for ten years, they have been married to a U.S. citizen as of June 17th 2024 and before and they don’t have disqualifying criminal activity. How are we going to apply? We are going to do so online with a form called I-131 F. For those in removal proceedings or deportation orders based on this guidance it’s saying still may be eligible for this process and for those who have filed for the provisional waiver 601 A, you are probably going to receive an email notification.
