Brittany Mills - Associate Attorney
Brittany Mills was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Brittany graduated summa cum laude at the University of North Florida in 2015, earning a dual bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish. During her undergraduate studies, Brittany served as Vice President of the Latin American Student Organization and a member of the Sigma Del Pi Spanish Honor Society’s inaugural class. Brittany also studied abroad in Santander, Spain, as part of her Spanish studies.
Brittany earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2019. During law school, Brittany served as Secretary of the Immigration Law Association and President of the Christian Legal Society. She also represented survivors of domestic violence in Injunction proceedings as a Certified Legal Intern at UF’s Intimate Partner Violence Assistance Clinic. Brittany interned for Magistrate Judge Toomey at the Middle District Court of Florida, worked at multiple immigration law firms, and interned for Jacksonville Area Legal Aid before graduating from law school.
Brittany Mills was admitted to the Florida bar in 2019. Brittany is also admitted to practice in the Middle District of Florida. Brittany is a member of the American Association of Immigration Lawyers.
Before joining Mubarak law, Attorney Brittany Mills worked as an immigration staff attorney at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid for over two years practice removal defense, humanitarian-based, and family-based immigration.
In December of 2021, Brittany joined Mubarak law’s immigration department as an associate attorney. Brittany is dedicated to giving clients excellent and compassionate representation.
